I’ve never given such a bad comment to any companies and I’m highly disappointed with the daniel wellington team for not processing my refund and also not giving any updates regarding it. Whenever we call the customer service they give me a comment that the backend team is working and I’m not sure how long the backend team will work on processing a refund for a single product. And now after multiple attempts they’re not even ready to talk to me and not picking the calls.
I need the refund If not I’ll have to raise a complaint regarding this for faking and cheating customers.
Worst customer service. I returned the product and waiting for more than 15 days. Still i didnt get refund.
They simply apologies and escalate whenever I asked a question. It seems like they are cheating.

This brand is a bad joke. They didn't accept the cancellation of my order one hour after they received the order.
Bought it at a AD in Sweden. After more than 1 year the crown has stucked and I cannot pull it out to adjust time anymore. Avoid this garbage.
Tried to return an item and had it sent back to me twice saying there was no invoice and there was they just hadn’t opened it.
I’m so frustrated at this, the returns instructions are so unclear.
Does this stupid invoice need to be stuck to the outside of the parcel or something?
I will not be buying from them again!!
Awful experience with a return. Sent back a brand new watch; only out of the box for two minutes while my boyfriend tried it on (it was too small) before we mailed it back. It somehow made it to Sweden within 24 hours (unsure how that was possible) and I was told it was severely scratched and unable to return. I've called customer service to no avail and the returns department isn't helpful besides sending me their return policy. I KNOW there was absolutely no damage to that watch before I sent it back. So warning - if you do a return TAKE PICTURES before you mail it. I am so disappointed and will continue to share my experience.
Awful experience. Returned my item on 4 January 2021 and still no refund or acknowledgment of receiving the item even though it was returned via their UPS return process! Awful - will never buy from them again.

Bought a watch priced 139 pounds. They added tax after the sales - 28 pounds and then two days later told me I needed to pay import charge - 48 pounds.
Ridiculous. This needs to be included in the pricing - should be reported
I bought my girlfriend a DW watch just after Christmas and within two days of wearing it there are two massive scratches on the watch face. She is extremely careful with her watches so needless to say this is a profound disappointment. Turns out that DW uses cheap, easy to scratch glass on all their watches. I would have hoped that such an expensive brand would use higher quality materials.
If I had known that they only used mineral glass (they hide this information on their website and don't list it on the product pages) I would never have bought the watch. They've also covered their behinds by explicitly ruling out damage to the glass in their warranty, which shows that it must be a common problem.
We might try and get the face replaced with sapphire, which is what most watches in this price range come with, but otherwise I just wanted to warn anyone who was thinking of buying from them to avoid the company at all costs.
P.S. I looked at the reviews on the website and they are somehow all five stars, yet there is no option for me to leave a review myself, which seems even shadier.
Received a full price DW watch, plus free watch strap for 40th birthday. However, no tool to change straps so that evening checked their website and saw watch had changed price, half price sale. My mother contacted the company to see if they would refund her the difference. DW told her no, reorder. Anyway reordered and then sent back 1st watch with free strap gift. Well, DW refunded the half price watch and they kept the free gift. Like my watch but would never purchase a DW product again because of their actions
The sizing chart is very unclear and because of that I bought the wrong size. Now I want to exchange and because it was on promotion DW wont exchange the watch for me.
Its not as If I'm asking for a refund I'm asking for an exchange and I will pay settle the rest.
I'm very disappointed as I wanted this DW watch so badly and now I cant even wear the watch as its to small. HOW IS THIS POSSIBBLE from such a well known brand?
